My Dream Come True

Yes, ladies and gentlemen! I made it to the concert of my dreams!!! Here is the basic break down:

We get there early to get in line. We wait for Veronica and Cathy (they are making their way up from Fresno). We wait in line, laugh at all the people sporting their New Kids gear (secretly jealous we didn't have the funds to do the exact same thing. The event staff finally let us enter the Pavilion.

I make a mad dash for the entrance, flying up the steps, do a ballet leap, and then a second one, surprising, not only the event stuff, but even myself at how much air my not small in stature self, actually got! As the event staff person scanned my ticket I said, "Don't worry, I work out." Not only was I excited for the concert, Mother Nature was calling my name, and out of respect for her, I answered the call as soon as I was indoors.

After a few opening acts, one being Natasha Beddingfield, who was quite good, the introduction music, lights, and on screen light show began!

I screamed...

...I cried...

I screamed some more...

...I cried...yes, again...

..."they're back" and then...
they came on the stage...

They came on the stage, and I about died! Okay, so they never made it to the Orosi Memorial Hall, but I was watching them live and in concert. I brought my girls with me, and by the end of the concert, which happened to be amazing, and I'm not just saying that, even Carrie was shaking what her mama gave her!!! It was fantastic, and there really isn't much more I can say that can describe the amount of energy that filled the arena! There were more really, really, really pregnant women there, then I have ever seen at a concert, and I wouldn't be surprised if some of them went into labor, but waited till the concert was over before asking for help to the local Emergency Room.

Jessie was deaf from me screaming in both of her ears, and grabbing her by the arm and jumping up and down, and screaming, like somebody really hot was singing...oh wait, there was! Despite my desire to be a lady, the obscenities, and desires of my body were in control of my mouth. I swear, in those moments, I really did want Jordan Knight to leave his wife, marry me, and I would raise his current children, as well as have the rest of them! I'm sure he would convert! At least, I was convinced of it that night!

It was amazing! Thanks girls! I had a blast! Post concert breakfast and shopping was amazing as well.
